Crestline, CA – Justin Brien, a 38 year old resident of Crestline, was arrested on Saturday, November 9, 20189 on narcotics and weapons charges. Twin Peaks Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant in the 700 block of Forest Shade Rd., Crestline. During the search warrant, deputies discovered plastic baggies, an electronic scale, US currency in different denominations, suspended methamphetamine, and other drug paraphernalia. In addition to the narcotics, deputies recovered a cane sword – which is a prohibited weapon in the State of California. They also located several pieces of suspected stolen electronics, and license plates from six states which belonged to rental companies.
Deputies arrested Brien at the residence. Brien was out on bail, from an arrest two weeks prior. During that incident, Brien was arrested for possession of controlled substances for sales while armed with a loaded firearm which was stolen.
Brien was arrested for violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11378, possession of controlled substances for sale and violation of Penal Code Section 12022.1(b),commit a felony while on bail. Brien was booked at Central Detention Center where he is being held on a $150,000.00 bail.
