Big Bear Lake, CA – Authorities at the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Adam Phillip Halladay, the newest Most Wanted Fugitive.
Halladay is on Post Release Community Supervision and is wanted on a felony no bail warrant for trespassing with the intent to commit serious bodily injury.
HALLADAY’S DESCRIPTION
Big Bear Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Tiffany Swantek’s media advisory described Halladay as a White male, 5’8” tall, 152 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.
REALIGNMENT PLAN
As part of Assembly Bill 109, Governor Jerry Brown’s 2011 Realignment Plan, in order to comply with a U.S. Supreme Court decision requiring the State of California to lower its prison population by 30,000 inmates, offenders with non-violent, non-sexual and non-serious convictions serve reduced sentences in county jails and are then placed on local supervision through the County’s Probation Department after being released.
