San Bernardino, CA – On Monday, August 4, former Most Wanted fugitive Justin Dee Hightower, 38, has three scheduled court appearances just minutes apart. The first, at 8:30 a.m., is a pre-preliminary hearing for armed robbery, the second, at 8:31 a.m., is to answer a charge of being drunk in public and failing to appear, and the third, at 8:32 a.m., for a third strike hearing.
Hightower, is accused of dashing into Lake Gregory Trading Company and Pawn in Crestline on Monday, June 16, and grabbing $500 cash from a female customer as she attempted to purchase a money order,
The unidentified female was reportedly Hightower’s on-off again girlfriend, according to the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station advisory.

Hightower is now in custody at the Glen Helen Detention Center in Devore and being held on $125,000 bail.
Hightower was placed under arrest at the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino in Highland on Wednesday, June 18, after an alert ROTWNEWS.com reader spotted the man and called authorities. The reader recognized him from the picture posted on the web site. (183)
