Twin Peaks, CA – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 41-year-old Tien “Tina” Hoang Mai related to her alleged selling of pain medications and other medications from a Crestline business. She has been added to the Mountain’s Most Wanted List by the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station.
Tina is a physicians assistant who operated out of a dress shop on Lake Drive in Crestline,” according to Captain Rick Ells from the Twin Peaks Station.
“The warrant,” Captain Ells told ROTWNEWS.com, “is in reference to her selling pain medications and other medications.”

The subject is described as Asian female with black hair and brown eyes and is known to use numerous aliases, according to the warrant of arrest.
Mai stands 5-feet tall and weighs about 112 pounds, according to information supplied by the Sheriff’s Department.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In addition to the San Bernardino County warrant, there is an arrest warrant out of Orange County that lists over 60 business and professional practices and health and safety code violations.
The Orange County complaint and $100,000 warrant was filed July 8 with the violations dating back to May 17, 2012, according to documents signed by Judge Walter Schwarm.
